OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certified products have been tested for harmful substances to protect your health. This label certifies that every component of the product, from the fabric to the thread and accessories, has been rigorously tested against a list of up to 350 toxic chemicals.
GOTS, Global Organic Textile Standard is the worldwide leading textile processing standard for organic fibres. This certification provides credible assurance of responsible manufacturing with least chemical inputs ensuring quality organic fabric for end consumers.
SEDEX is an online system that allows suppliers to maintain data on ethical & responsible practices and allows them to share this information with their customers.
QUALITY POLICY
We have the highest standards for maintaining quality starting from purchase of Yarn up to Finished Product. All this is being managed & operated by professionals & skilled labor.
The Yarn is being procured from certified Mills. Weaving & knitting are then constantly monitored to ensure accurate sizes & weights. Processing is done using well reputed dyes to ensure colors are bright and do not bleed. The fabric is then finished on tumblers or stenters to give it an arranged and fresh final look. Cut to Pack is done in accordance with international standards in a comfortable and clean environment on latest stitching machines to ensure high speed production with minimal defects.
Our QC team is present at every step of the way rectifying and reporting errors in all steps of production. After through QC and final inspection being done twice goods are packed in carton and are ready to ship.
